WorldWide Electric FHN Parallel Shaft Helical Speed Reducers are ideal for various industrial process applications, with universal compatibility for NEMA C-face motors, a hollow bore output, and a wide range of power and output torques. These reducers lower output speed (RPM) while increasing torque, while the helical gear design ensures high efficiency for applications like driving belt, screw, and chain conveyors, presses, extruders, and gantry cranes.

Modular Design, Easy Retrofitting — The NEMA quill input design allows for individual replacement of either the motor or gear reducer in case of failure. This modular design enables a drop-in replacement for most European-made parallel speed reducers. The hollow bore allows direct shaft connection, eliminating the need for a coupling.

Efficient, Durable, and Quiet — The cast iron housings offer enhanced strength and reliability, while precision-machined 20rMo alloy steel gears reduce stress and corrosion, ensuring efficient operation and quieter performance. Heat-treated pinions and shafts enhance durability.

Description: Sample Part Number: FHN67-40/1-182TC. Each model number contains the product family, box size, nominal ratio, and motor frame. When selecting ratio, replace colon with slash, e.g. 10:1 becomes 10/1.

Description: 

-    Single Output Shafts: These are designed for mounting in WorldWide Electric FHN and KAN Series hollow bore reducers to convert a hollow bore output unit into a shaft output unit. The shaft kits are compatible with FHN and KAN series reducers, except when the reducer includes a B5 flange. The kit includes a single output shaft, key, endplate, and bolt.
-    Double Output Shafts: KHN shaft kits are designed for use with WorldWide Electric KHN Series hollow bore reducers to convert a hollow bore output unit into a shaft output unit. These kits are also compatible with KAN series reducers, except those with a B5 flange. The kit includes a double output shaft, key, retaining ring, and C-clips.
-    Single Output Shaft with B5 Flange: This B5 Single Output Shaft with a B5 Flange is compatible with the FHN and KAN Series reducers. The kit includes a single output shaft, key, endplate, and bolt.
-    B5 Output Flange: The B5 Output Flange is compatible with FHN and KAN Series reducers. The kit includes the B5 output flange and mounting bolts.
-    B14 Output Flange: The B14 Output Flange is compatible with FHN and KAN Series reducers. The kit includes the B14 output flange, double lip output seal, and mounting bolts.
-    Screw Conveyor Flange: The Screw Conveyor Flange is compatible with the FHN Series reducer.
-    Screw Conveyor Drive Shafts: The Screw Conveyor Drive Shafts are compatible with the FHN Series reducer.
