Helical Bevel Gear Reducers

WorldWide Electric KHN and KAN Series Helical/Bevel Speed Reducers offer versatile power and output torque to support various applications. Their standard NEMA quill input design ensures easy retrofitting, as it is fully compatible with any C-Face motor. The KHN Series features a foot-mounted design, while the KAN Series is offered with either a torque arm or flange-mounted design. Additionally, our Helical-Bevel Speed Reducers now come with power lock bushings for enhanced connection security.

 

KAN Series Output Options:

  • Hollow bore output

  • Integrated flange with single-shaft and double-shaft output options

Description:

Each model number contains the product family, box size, nominal ratio, and motor frame. When selecting ratio, replace colon with slash, e.g. 10:1 becomes 10/1.

 KAN & KHN Accessories:

      The KAN and KHN Helical-Bevel Gear Reducer Series offer the following accessories: Single Output Shafts, Double Output Shafts, Single Output Shaft with B5 Flange, B5 Output Flange, B14 Output Flange, and the KAN Series Torque Arm.

Description:

-          Single Output Shafts: These are designed to convert a hollow bore output unit into a shaft output unit when mounted into WorldWide Electric FHN and KAN Series hollow bore reducers. The shaft kits are compatible with FHN and KAN series reducers, except those with a B5 flange. The kit includes a single output shaft, key, endplate, and bolt.

-          Double Output Shafts: KHN shaft kits are designed for use with WorldWide Electric KHN Series hollow bore reducers to convert a hollow bore output unit into a shaft output unit. These kits are also compatible with KAN series reducers, except those with a B5 flange. The kit includes a double output shaft, key, retaining ring, and C-clips.

-          Single Output Shaft with B5 Flange: The B5 Single Output Shaft with a B5 Flange is compatible with the FHN and KAN Series reducer. Kit includes single output shaft, key, endplate, and bolt.

-          B5 Output Flange: The B5 Output Flange is compatible with the FHN and KAN Series reducer. Kit includes B5 output flange and mounting bolts.

-          B14 Output Flange: The B14 Output Flange is compatible with the
FHN and KAN Series reducer. Kit includes B14 output flange, double lip output seal and mounting bolts.

-     KAN Series Torque Arm: Available for box sizes 37-97 and is sold separately from the gearbox. Kit includes torque arm, mounting bolts, and lock washers.
