WorldWide Electric offers four models of Shaft Mount Reducers, all designed to be dimensionally equivalent to the widely used TXT shaft mount reducers for broad compatibility. These models include the Original, the Eliminator, the Original-Hydraulically Powered, and the Ultimate Shaft Mount Reducers, all of which can be mounted directly onto an existing shaft or an accessory-driven shaft. The Eliminator and Ultimate models come pre-drilled for easy installation with an optional screw conveyor flange.

Frequently used to transmit power to conveyors in industries like aggregate, agriculture, and material handling, WorldWide Electric Shaft Mount Reducers feature specifications such as ratios ranging from 9:1 to 25:1, hollow output bores from 1-15/16” to 6-1/2”, metal-reinforced double lip spring-loaded oil seals, all-cast iron housings, and 2-3 year warranties.

It is engineered to seamlessly accept all TXT-compatible accessories, allowing you to fully utilize your existing safety stock and installed base. For new installations, WorldWide Electric provides a complete range of motor mounts, belt guards, tapered bushing kits, and backstops to enhance your current operations.

The Eliminator Shaft Mount Reducer is designed for both traditional TXT conveyor applications and screw conveyor systems. It is dimensionally equivalent to the popular TXT series shaft mount reducer and accepts CEMA-rated screw conveyor flanges, CEMA-rated drive shafts, and all TXT-compatible accessories. The Eliminator's universal compatibility enables distributors to reduce unnecessary inventory by using existing accessories and installed equipment. For new applications, WorldWide Electric provides a full range of motor mounts, belt guards, tapered bushing kits, and backstops to support your operations.

Backstop Assemblies: Worldwide Electric backstop assemblies prevent a shaft from rotating in the reverse direction.

- WorldWide Electric backstop assemblies are suitable for use in WorldWide Electric brand shaft mount reducers only. Backstop assemblies are considered safety devices and therefore are not suitable for substitution into other manufacturers gearboxes.
