Motor has been dynamically balanced with a half key half the same length as the full key being shipped with the motor. The rolled steel body is lighter than cast iron but just as strong. Mount unit on a firm, flat surface that is sufficiently rigid enough to prevent vibration.

NMC’s INVERTER GRADE® insulation system is the first line of defense against corona and phase to phase faults that can be common when a motor is powered using a PWM waveform. The INVERTER GRADE® insulation system is standard on all of NMC’s Inverter Duty products. Along with the INVERTER GRADE® insulation, thermostats are installed as a minimum protection against over heating the motor.
