Teco Westinghouse AC Motor DHP0154 is a cast iron unit with inverter duty design
(20:1 VT, 10:1 CT), so it can be used with a variable frequency drive (VFD).
The open drip enclosure is ideal for somewhat clean and dry environments; not suited
for outside locations with weather exposure. The heavy duty frame and dynamic
balanced rotor provide quiet operation and minimal vibration, which lowers the potential
for premature wear or motor failure.
This Teco motor has a rolled steel, rotating junction box; a steel shaft to resist rust and
corrosion; and long-lasting ball bearings. Class F insulation, 40˚C Ambient Temperature
design, and 1.15 service factor also helps the motor last longer.
