LM32401 Leeson Shaft Grounding Ring 213-215T

Leeson shaft grounding ring kit is an effective for bearing protection for motors operated from inverter power.  This kit adequate to bleed down inverter-sourced voltages and protecting both bearings.  This kit is for 213-215T Frame Motors only!  Grounding the shaft by installing a grounding device provides an alternate low-impedance path from the motor shaft to the motor case. This channels the current away from the bearings. It significantly reduces shaft voltage, and therefore bearing current, by not allowing voltage to build up on the rotor. Kit includes grounding ring, mounting hardware and instructions.

• Note: This kit cannot be used on explosion proof motors
• For use with Lincoln rolled steel and cast iron frame US built motors
• For use with Leeson Inverter Duty, 800000 Series cast iron motors
• For use with Leeson IEEE-841 duty motors
• Note: Using this kit will not meet DIV 2 certification with SGRs
