Leeson single phase electric motors are made with a rolled steel body and exceed NEMA design B performance. Use for a wide range of jobs that aren’t exposed to water and dust, including compressors, pumps, and blowers. This motor is a c face motor, which means, it has a rugged flange on the face of the motor for mounting purposes and the weight of the motor is supported by the flange, which is most commonly attached to a gearbox.
