Shipping policy

How long will it take to receive my order? 

First of all, thank you for your order!

Once received, one of our Customer Service Agents submits your order to the warehouse. We always select the available location closest to you for faster delivery and lower shipping costs.

If your item is not in stock, you will be notified immediately via email, and given the option to cancel your order or wait for inventory to arrive, if applicable. Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control, and backorder length is dependent on the item. 

Standard ground delivery is subject to your proximity to the warehouse. An average delivery time is within 5-7 days. Expedited delivery, including overnight and 2-3 day, is available for an additional fee. Please contact our office for assistance at (302) 678-0400, or put notes in the comment section of your order and you will be contacted.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Square One does not currently ship internationally, but we will ship to a US freight forwarding company. Purchaser is responsible for arranging all transportation outside of the US.

We do ship to non-Continental US states.

How do I calculate my shipping rate?

The shopping cart page will display the shipping rates. There is no commitment to buy by placing items in your cart.

If an item is shipped by truck freight is the driver responsible for unloading the merchandise?

No, truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge will apply if the driver unloads the merchandise. The carrier will call and schedule delivery for when you will have help on hand.
